How to use: Pour boiling water over 2 slightly heaped teaspoons (approx. 4g) per cup (400ml) and leave to infuse for at least 5 minutes.Hærb has been inspired by the traditional herbs of various cultures. Tulsi, ginger and moringa are known in Indian Ayurveda as the nutrient-rich energy herbs par excellence.
